If you are listing Best Price Cleaners on your list is because you haven’t tried those guys yet: TERRIBLE customer Service, TERRIBLE service in general, if they damage any piece they will blame it on the manufacturer or will ask you for the receipt, if you bring the receipt then they will ask you for the little piece of paper stapled on your cloth and if you bring that paper then they won’t take care for the damage any way and will blame it on you stating that you brought the piece already damaged or they will simply freeze their expression and repeat over and over again: “we didn’t do it, we didn’t do it”, the manager is useless and the owner is never around. Save time and MONEY: NEVER GO THERE!!!

I agree with Mike on the Best Price Cleaners in Brier Creek. They have no customer service. They ruined one of my shirts. I have left four messages for the owner, Tahir, and have not received one phone call back. I have stopped by the store and I am told that he is not there. I had to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I would advise anyone not to take their dry cleaning there. This is a terrible store with no customer service. If you go there and they ruin a shirt, dress, or suit. You will get no help unless you take them to small claims court.

I wish I had read Jim and Mike’s comments before I went to the Best Price Cleaners in Brier Creek. They might have the best price, but they do not have the best service. They use steam on your shirts, skirts, and skirt suits. The steam does not get the wrinkles out!!!! I went back to speak with someone and they looked at me like I was crazy! The girl at the front had such a nasty attitude that she made me want to slap her…I didn’t. Well, that’s enough….I have to go iron my clothes that I just brought back from Best Price Cleaners.

Me and my co-workers have been Best Price Cleaners in beir creek for years now and never had any problem they always nice and friendly ,I always got my clothes on time and paid the lowest amount I have ever paid before.
All my 200+co-workers use this cleaners and we are very happy with price,service and quality and I recomend best price cleaners in brier creek to every one

I dont agree with first 3 peopl .
I moved to Raleigh about 2 years ago , I asked some friends in my office about a good dry cleaner and most of them recomanded best price cleaners in brier creek.
I been using their service since then no bad experience so far.As a matter of fact they are soo honest I left $300.00 in my pocket and I was shocked when they called me and informed me about my money and it was returned back to me.
I recomand best price cleaners in brier creek to all of you.
I ahould say this is the best cleaners I have ever used
