Raleigh-durham(rdu) Airport….?
If you have ever been to RDU airport around holidays…could you tell me if I’d be able to find parking on Tuesday evening? Is it going to be busy, long lines? Any suggestion regarding the parking wil be appreciated
BTW I’m flying to Washington DC.

The airport lots are generally available on Tuesday evening. But after T-Day Wednesday morning, it is virtually impossible to find a place to park.

Hi there, so I travel into RDU very frequently. I’ve been through there at all times during the year and you’ll be just fine. If you flying to Washington D.C. show up no later than 60 minutes prior to departure. Although there are close parking spots next to the terminal, they are pricey. If your visit is short park there, as there are always spots available. If not, I would suggest using PreFlight. It is an independent parking lot that provides not only transportation to and from the terminal, but they will also wash your car and do an oil change if you like. Good luck and have a safe trip!
