Man sentenced to six years in prison for firearm charges
RALEIGH, NC – Senior US District Judge W. Earl Britt sentenced Justin Omar Lewis, 20, to six years and four months in prison Monday followed by three years supervised release, according to a statement from the US Department of Justice.

The 16-year-old made his first court appearaence today on numerous charges including felony death by motor vehicle.The judge increased his secured bond to $50,000. A Raleigh teen charged in the death of a fellow Millbrook High student was scheduled to be back in court Monday morning.
